How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password only if you registered with an email and verified it.

To reset your password:
1. Log out of your account.
2. Click on the "Login / Sign up" button.
3. Enter your email in the input field and click "Continue".
4. Under the Password input field, click on the "Forgot password?" button.
5. Enter your email and click "Reset password".

You will receive an email with a link to change your password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.

What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer a freemium plan, as well as monthly and yearly subscriptions. For Android devices, we offer Lifetime purchase, which allows you to get all Premium features for a one-time payment.

How can I delete my account and all associated data?

You can delete your account and all associated data through the Hizo app or on the website.

Hizo App:
1. Go to the Settings tab (⚙ icon).
2. In the "Service Center" section, click on "👤 Account Settings".
3. At the bottom of the screen, click on "Delete Account".

Website:
1. Go to https://hizo.app/account.
2. Log in with your email or Google account.
3. Click on the "Delete Account" button.

How do I cancel my Google Play subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open the Google Play app and in the top right, tap the profile icon. Tap Payments & Subscriptions and select the Hizo subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

How do I cancel my Apple App Store subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open the App Store app and click your name. If you can’t find your name, click Sign In. Find the account settings, scroll to subscriptions and click Manage. The next screen will show all your active subscriptions. Scroll to Hizo and click edit. From the next screen select Cancel Subscription.
